Soft cheese made with unpasteurised cows' milk with double cream added to the curd to give it its lovely buttery texture and flavour. Le Delice des Cremiers cheese comes from Burgundy region. It ripens in cellars for at least three weeks; afterwards it continues to ripen for another two weeks in the wooden box. 

Simply brilliant with with champagne and other sparkling drinks!
